Crafting

I borrowed my mom's camera and took some pictures of my attempts at "crafting".    This post is going to be short on words, since you have pictures to look at, and since I'm battling a stomach thing.   I am setting up at a craft show at Central Lee School this Saturday.  On Friday, the 4th, I'll be at the Keokuk Country Club at a show.  And, on Nov 12th, I'll be hanging out in the big burg of Ursa, IL at the Community Center for the same reason.    Most of what you see here are wall hangings or ornament type things.  There is a sample of a child's apron, a canvas bag and the last few pictures are of some of my bracelets.    The picture above is a sewn and beaded wall hanging of ornaments on a pine tree back ground.

Below are 2 separate hangings that pretty much explain them selves.
There are three hangings, pretty small in size, below.
The snowman is a hanging on a piece of fabric that is about the size of a place mat.
The happy Santa guy is also a wall hanging.
More of the same theme.  The stocking one says Believe.
 One of the children's aprons.
 A fall pumpkin wall hanging.
Another pumpkin on a back ground of antique lace stuff.
 A funky punkin!
Some Halloween pumpkins on a wall hanging.
 Another pumpkin.
 A trio of pumpkins.
 A Halloween banner.
Bracelets!   In varying sizes, shapes, and colors.  Most have beading or sewn buttons on them.

These have more of that lace type stuff on them, along with buttons.

There is a whole lot more of my crafty crafting, but that's it for now!  Come out and see me at one of the craft shows.  I'll be sharing space with a co-worker and my boss's wife.  That means that you will also get to see a whole lot more stuff, too.  Besides that, we are very reasonable on our prices!

Ok, I'm off to battle the icks.  Hope you are all fine and dandy and doing well.

  1. Oh I hope you're feeling better quickly! Stomachs are no fun at all!
These verses contain the reason why we have the hope of life to come. Know that I'm here praying so hard!
Ephesians 1:17-20 That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him: The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints, And what is the exceeding greatness of his power to us-ward who believe, according to the working of his mighty power, Which he wrought in Christ, when he raised him from the dead, and set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places...

  2. Didn't mention that I love all of these! You're so good!
    Continuing to pray!
Psalms 28:1-2 Unto thee will I cry, O LORD my rock; be not silent to me: lest, if thou be silent to me, I become like them that go down into the pit. Hear the voice of my supplications, when I cry unto thee, when I lift up my hands toward thy holy oracle.

  3. Know that you're always in my thoughts and prayers! Would appreciate prayers for our family as we bury our little one in the morning.
Psalms 28:6-7 Blessed be the LORD, because he hath heard the voice of my supplications. The LORD is my strength and my shield; my heart trusted in him, and I am helped: therefore my heart greatly rejoiceth; and with my song will I praise him.

  5. Still praying hard in Seattle!
Psalms 31:1-3 In thee, O LORD, do I put my trust; let me never be ashamed: deliver me in thy righteousness. Bow down thine ear to me; deliver me speedily: be thou my strong rock, for an house of defence to save me. For thou art my rock and my fortress; therefore for thy name's sake lead me, and guide me.

  6. Am so blessed to be able to pray for you!
Psalms 31:14-16 But I trusted in thee, O LORD: I said, Thou art my God. My times are in thy hand: deliver me from the hand of mine enemies, and from them that persecute me. Make thy face to shine upon thy servant: save me for thy mercies' sake.

  7. Praying so right now!
Psalms 71:1-3 In thee, O LORD, do I put my trust: let me never be put to confusion. Deliver me in thy righteousness, and cause me to escape: incline thine ear unto me, and save me. Be thou my strong habitation, whereunto I may continually resort: thou hast given commandment to save me; for thou art my rock and my fortress.

  8. Know that I'm continuing to pray!
1 Thessalonians 5:23-24 And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly; and I pray God your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. Faithful is he that calleth you, who also will do it.

  9. Lifting up prayers right now!
Psalms 118:4-6 Let them now that fear the LORD say, that his mercy endureth for ever. I called upon the LORD in distress: the LORD answered me, and set me in a large place. The LORD is on my side; I will not fear: what can man do unto me?

  10. Know that I'm praying!
Psalms 118:14-16 The LORD is my strength and song, and is become my salvation. The voice of rejoicing and salvation is in the tabernacles of the righteous: the right hand of the LORD doeth valiantly. The right hand of the LORD is exalted: the right hand of the LORD doeth valiantly.

  11. We have such amazing eyewitness testimony of Jesus! No matter what happens, in Him you can still have joy! Praying!
1 John 1:1-4 That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked upon, and our hands have handled, of the Word of life; (For the life was manifested, and we have seen it, and bear witness, and shew unto you that eternal life, which was with the Father, and was manifested unto us;) That which we have seen and heard declare we unto you, that ye also may have fellowship with us: and truly our fellowship is with the Father, and with his Son Jesus Christ. And these things write we unto you, that your joy may be full.
