Wednesday... Wedding Week day number 3

Another Wedding Day week in the books..... well, almost. : ) I worked this morning and, I must interject this right here and now, I work for some of the most wonderful people that I know. I work for a Doctor. His wife does a lot of office type work and is in to visit us at least once a day. The Dr. and his wife take us out to eat quite often, Mrs. Dr makes jewelry and brings us jewelry very often..... she even makes jewelry that she GIVES AWAY to the patients!...... we got Easter baskets at Easter time and they are just extremely wonderful, giving people and I am blessed to work for them. Anyway, when Mrs. Dr came in to the office this morning, she brought a wedding gift for my daughter. Now, Amber has never met Dr. and Mrs. They would not know each other if they met on the street. And, keep in mind that Mrs Dr has already made Amber a custom jewelry set in her wedding colors, just because. So, I was pretty surprised when she showed up today with a gift, all wrapped up and gorgeous looking. I don't yet know what the gift is, and that doesn't matter at all. What matters is that I work for such wonderful, generous people. I can, and hopefully will, learn a lot from how they treat people. I can only hope to be as awesome as they are!

After work, I went to West Point for the reception hall decorating. There was an awful lot already done when I got there! I helped with the bridal party table and the cake table, but the rest was pretty much already done by the time I got there. I've got a few baskets to decorate here to go up that way tomorrow or Friday, but the decorating is done.... except for the church! And I'm not sure I'm going to be needed for that. I may just get to enjoy the family on Friday and worry about other stuff!

So, Day 3 was working and decorating, then coming home to work on baskets, grill, spend some quality patio time with Mom and Bruce and the boys. Now, I'm hoping for an early night and a good night's sleep. I work tomorrow, then am off on Friday. Starting to get pretty excited here!

Looking forward to the rest of the week. And rehearsal. And the wedding. Tearing up already......

    Praying!
1 Peter 1:3-5 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, To an inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for you, Who are kept by the power of God through faith unto salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.
